A lot has happened in 45 years: the company that started with one lorry in Ohlsdorf, Austria in 1959 has become an international concern with interests in 17 countries.

Chronicle

1959-Hans ASAMER, a farmer's son, founds a transportation company.
1962-Hans ASAMER and Johann HUFNAGL open a gravel works in Ohlsdorf.
1964-Construction of a ready-mixed concrete plant in Ohlsdorf
1965-Acquisition of a ready-mixed concrete plant in Bad Ischl, Austria
1965-Acquisition of a gravel works in Viecht, Austria
1972-Construction of a prefabricated concrete plant together with the construction company Stern & Hafferl in Gmund, Austria
1973-Acquisition of the gravel works and ready-mixed concrete plant in Vorchdorf from the company Wageneder
1973-Opened the first European tyre recycling plant together with the company Hatschek, a cement plant in Gmund.
1975-Acquisition of a gravel works and ready-mixed concrete plant in Regau, Austria from the company Plana
1976-Acquisition of a gravel pit at Ohlsdorf / Hildprechting
1978-Acquisition of the company Funkbeton Linz
1983-Foundation of the ready-mixed concrete group AL FALWA in Saudi Arabia.
1985-Foundation of the company Steiner Freizeitmöbel

1989-Retirement of the founding members Hufnagl and Hackmair
1992-Foundation of the company Asamer & Hufnagl Prague
1995-Sale of Wienbeton and the gravel works Alas-Hegyeshalom to Lafarge Perlmooser
1996-Foundation of the company Asamer Familienholding GmbH with regulated succession rules. Manfred, Kurt and Andreas Asamer join the executive board.
1996-Acquisition of the cement plant CEMMAC in Slovakia from the Maculan Group
